There are two types of family members of Greencard holder can apply for permanent residency:

Spouse & children (under 21 years old)

(Also known as 2A)

 •第二优先 A: 永久居民的配偶，他们的未婚的孩子 (在 21岁以下)。

Unmarried Sons & Daughter of over 21 yrs old

(Also known as 2B)

 •第二优先 B: 永久居民的未婚的孩子 (在 21岁以上)。

 •注意 :永久居民 (绿卡持有人) 你只能为下列外国的亲戚申请永久移民而入境到美国:

(2a)丈夫或妻子 (2b)任何的年龄未婚的儿子或女儿。
